How long does it stay cool?
The BreezeVest™ stays cool for 60–120 minutes depending on heat and airflow. Just re-wet it to refresh the cooling effect — it’s reusable all day.
Can it go over a harness?
Yes! The built-in leash portal fits most harnesses comfortably. You can also use it with a collar — or on its own.
How do I choose a size?
Check our size chart above and measure your dog’s neck and chest. If your pup is between sizes, size up for comfort. Prioritize neck fit for optimal cooling.
Will it work on flat-faced breeds like Frenchies?
Yes — BreezeVest™ was made with heat-sensitive breeds in mind. It helps regulate body temperature and gives them much-needed relief on hot days.
Is it machine washable?
Absolutely! Just toss it in the wash on a gentle cycle and air dry. It’s built for easy care and long-lasting use.
Can I use it in dry or humid heat?
Yes! The BreezeVest™ cools through evaporation, so airflow helps — but it works in all climates.
In dry heat, cooling kicks in fast but may require more frequent re-wetting.
In humid weather, the vest still draws heat away from your dog’s body effectively and tends to stay damp AND cold longer — meaning less frequent re-wetting.
What activates the cooling?
Just soak it in water, wring it out, and it’s ready to cool your dog down — even if you’re using warm water from a bottle on a hike.
